Accounts and Sign-in
Create an account and recover access
Organisational sign-in verifies your identity through the configured identity service. Core details such as your name, personnel number and department come from the organisational source. This option is available when the integration is enabled. Contact your learning administrator or HR team if your account is inactive or its details are incorrect.
Choose Forgot Password on the sign-in page. Enter your account email, then follow the steps to enter the received code and set a new password. Check your spam folder too. Organisational accounts use their identity provider’s recovery process. Never include a recovery code or password in a support ticket.
Reset Your PasswordOpen profile settings from the header account menu or your dashboard. Update the fields available for editing. Details supplied by an organisational system may be read-only and must be corrected at their source. Avoid creating another account, which would split your learning history.

Prices, your basket and payment history
Open a programme page and review its curriculum, level, delivery format and price. Add it to your basket, sign in and complete checkout. Successful payment or free enrolment adds the programme to your learning space. Organisation-assigned learning is tracked separately under My Required Training.
Explore ProgrammesAll prices are shown in toman. Each programme or path displays its price on its card, detail page and basket entry. A zero price means the learning is free. Review the final amount and access information before checkout. A price or content change may require you to review the basket again.
Open Your BasketCheck the order status in Purchases and Transactions. Failed, cancelled or expired orders do not grant access; return to your basket to try again. If an order is successful but learning is missing, refresh and submit a ticket with its order number. A simulated order does not represent a real money transfer.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionPurchases and Transactions in your dashboard shows order amounts, dates, statuses and references. Select Details and Receipt to open an order. You can view only your own orders. Keep the order number for enquiries; never send bank-card details or payment passwords to support.

Resume learning and complete activities
Use Continue Learning on your dashboard or open an unfinished programme card. Continue returns you to the last saved location in that programme. Sign in with the same account and stay connected while the latest activity is saved. After a connection interruption, check the saved progress when you reconnect.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionEach activity has its own completion rule, such as watching a required portion of a video, reading and acknowledging content, reviewing flashcards or answering an exercise. Complete the required activities to finish a lesson. Content progress is different from passing an assessment or earning a certificate; also check the status and next action.
Some programmes require a sequence or prerequisites. The message beside a locked section identifies the lesson, activity or assessment that must be completed. Interactive videos may also require an answer before playback continues. If you have met the requirement but access remains locked, submit the programme and lesson titles in a support ticket.
Not Started means learning has not begun; In Progress means some activity is complete. Awaiting Assessment identifies an outstanding assessment. Completed means the required conditions have been met. Overdue means an assigned deadline has passed. The explanation beside the status identifies what remains and what to do next.
Paths and Required Training
Sequences, prerequisites and deadlines
A learning path combines related programmes around a shared goal. Its page shows the included programmes, sequence, prerequisites and completion requirements. Path access is tracked through membership, and overall path progress is shown separately from the progress of each programme.
Explore Learning PathsAn administrator can require an order or prerequisite for path stages. A locked stage explains its unlocking condition. Follow the suggested next step and check the prerequisite programme and its assessments. Viewing only part of prerequisite content may not be enough to open the next stage.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionMy Required Training shows assigned programmes, deadlines, progress and completion status. Prioritise approaching deadlines and use Start or Continue. Organisational rules may update assignments and access when your department or employment status changes. Ask your learning administrator if an assignment appears unexpected.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionCheck the status and next action. Complete outstanding work if continuation is available; a new deadline is not created automatically. Contact your learning administrator for an extension or assignment correction. Before-deadline and overdue reminders depend on that assignment’s settings.
Live Classes and Workshops
Booking, joining and attendance
Self-paced programmes let you work through recorded content and activities in your own time. Live classes have scheduled sessions led by an instructor. Blended programmes combine both and may require self-paced learning plus workshop attendance. Check the delivery format and requirements on the programme page.
View Class ScheduleChoose a session based on its time, instructor, capacity and eligibility rules. If the programme is paid and you do not have access, purchase it first, then select an eligible session. Buying a programme does not itself reserve a seat. Check your booking status under My Classes.
View Class ScheduleNo. If a session is full and its waiting list is enabled, you can request a waiting-list place. Your seat is not confirmed until the status changes to a confirmed booking. Check My Classes before the session starts and contact support if the status is unclear.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionOpen My Classes to find the time, location or join link and join during the permitted period. Electronic attendance is recorded for supported sessions; a booking alone does not count as attendance. Review your recorded time and the workshop’s minimum requirement. Report the session and interruption time if a connection problem causes a discrepancy.

Rules, retakes and feedback
Before an assessment starts, its introduction shows the passing score, time limit, attempt allowance and retake conditions. Rules may differ between programmes and even between assessments within one programme. Read them before starting, and begin when you have suitable time and connectivity.
No. Question types and selection depend on the configuration. An assessment can draw random questions from its programme’s bank and use supported question formats. Each question explains the required response. Read the instructions and available choices carefully before submitting.
The assessment’s release policy determines when and how correct answers are shown. Feedback may be immediate, scheduled or restricted. After submission, review the result and the feedback available to you. If your score is below the pass mark, check remaining attempts and the next eligible attempt time.
A lesson check assesses a particular part of the learning. A final assessment covers the programme or path as a whole. If a final assessment is required, passing lesson checks alone is not enough for a certificate. Its page shows entry requirements, the passing score and retake conditions.
Certificates and Verification
Access, validity and sharing
Requirements depend on the programme or path: required activities, assessments and, where configured, a final assessment or workshop attendance. Once those conditions are successfully recorded, the certificate becomes available in your dashboard. If it has not been issued, check the outstanding requirement and next action.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionOpen the certificate from your dashboard and use its download or print options. The same page provides available sharing tools and suggested post text. Publishing on a social network requires your sign-in and confirmation there. A sharing button does not mean automatic publication or issuance of a badge by another service.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionThe administrator can set a validity period or issue a certificate without a time limit. The certificate page shows its status and, where applicable, its expiry date and remaining validity. Use verification to check its present status; an older downloaded file does not establish current validity.
Enter the certificate identifier on the verification page, or scan its QR code to verify automatically. The result shows the certificate’s available details and status. If no match is found, compare the identifier with the original and contact support.

Tickets, playback and mobile access
Open Support Tickets in your dashboard, choose the category and write a clear subject and description. The ticket receives a number and status. Read the administrator’s reply and add follow-up messages in the same conversation rather than creating duplicate tickets.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionSelect the training-needs category in Support Tickets. Describe the topic or skill, its job relevance, intended learners and the reason it is needed. An administrator can review and reply in the same ticket. A request is not an approval or publication commitment; follow its status and messages for the outcome.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionCheck your connection, refresh once and try an up-to-date browser. If a prerequisite message appears, review that requirement first. If the problem continues, include the programme and lesson, device type, error message and approximate time in a ticket. Avoid clearing browser data without guidance, as locally saved state may be lost.
Open the Related Dashboard SectionYes. Pages are designed for mobile, tablet and desktop. Use FA or EN in the header to change language and the sun or moon control to change the colour theme. These preferences are remembered in that browser. For live classes or demanding content, consider your connection and device browser’s capabilities too.
